GTA5 Mod Electro mutant of X-Men

Electro’s origin story from the comics isn’t much different from how the character is portrayed in The Amazing Spider-Man 2. Abandoned by his father and raised by a single mother, Dillon works as an electrical engineer in the main Marvel timeline. However, while repairing electricity, Dillon is accidentally struck by lightning, resulting in a significant mutation that gives him control over electricity.
